1. Order processing time
Most items process within 48 hours and ship within 2–5 business days. Personalized items may take 1–3 weeks. Tracking may take one business day to become active.

3. Delivery estimates
Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, port congestion, strikes, weather or holidays.

4. Lithium battery shipping
This product contains built-in rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Some airlines, countries or carriers may restrict shipment. Packaging complies with UN38.3 and MSDS requirements.
5. Customs, duties & import taxes
Standard shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Extra costs from regulatory changes, tariff increases or inspection surcharges may be the recipient’s responsibility. Returned or destroyed packages caused by incorrect identity, refused duties or failed customs cooperation are the customer’s cost.
6. Incorrect address / undeliverable / refusal
Provide a complete, accurate address. Return or re-delivery fees from address errors are the customer’s responsibility.
